Yadocafe Chelsea's Rainbow B&B is a 4-minute walk from Shigino Station in Osaka. Guests can reach Kyobashi Station via a 6-minute train ride on JR Touzai-Gakkentoshi Line including walking distance. Osaka Castle is 10 minutes away via car. Yadocafe Chelsea's Rainbow B&B features free WiFi throughout the property.
All rooms are equipped with a shared bathroom. Slippers and a hairdryer are provided for guests. There is a shared lounge at this property.
Guests can enjoy a handmade breakfast at the on-site cafe on the ground floor. There are several cafes and restaurants within a 3-minute walk from the property.

藝人Makiyo日前到杭州參加「人工智慧阿里巴巴」展覽，原本13日搭機返台，無奈風雨太大，班機飛至桃園無法降落，只得折返澳門，到澳門時已半夜，她驚慌不已，求助久住香港的姊妹淘吳佩慈。吳佩慈二話不說立刻安排專車跟高檔酒店住宿，重點是全程免費，讓Makiyo相當感激。
Makiyo在臉書發文感謝吳佩慈，「好，我昨天晚上在澳門本來可以順利的回台灣，上了飛機到了桃園機場，但台（颱）風的關係無法降落，聽到機長說要又要回澳門，真的又回到澳門已半夜1：30，這時侯真的謊了。但這時侯有的就是好姐（姊）妹，佩慈姐姐（姊姊）的幫忙，讓我定（訂）到司機先生還有好高級的飯店，我大哭了，大大的感謝友宜（誼），然後在澳門交到朋友，旅遊真的會發生好多事情但是也會遇到很棒的事情，愛你們。」

吳佩慈的未婚夫為富商紀曉波，擁有百億身家，兩人共育有2子1女。吳佩慈目前定居香港，六月才生下老三。紀曉波為永利集團股東之一，吳佩慈當天不僅讓Makiyo住進永利集團旗下的萬利酒店，更安排了司機專車接送，可說相當照顧姊妹淘。
